  • Love everything about book and just like their shows and i only wish there were suggestions on how to cut some calories/fat. But I don't mind since all the recipes I've tried have turned out well and then a few weeks ago this ebook was on sale, so I bought the ebook, looked at the recipes and lo and behold, there was a porridge recipe for either the pressure cooker or slow cooker mode using steel cut oats and well I followed the recipe, which is very rare for me since I’m always tinkering with recipes and i made the tastiest porridge ever and with this wonderful machine I will be able to cook fresh, healthy food every night. In 15 - 20 minutes I can have a wonderful meal.

  • Poorly edited. Instructions in recipe ask you to press the Foodi's MEAT button but the Foodi doesn't have a MEAT button, which makes me wonder if this was originally a cookbook for another multi-cooker that was quickly and sloppily rewritten for the Foodi.
    Some recipes tell you to use the air crisp function, but the author fails to give the required temperature. The Foodi's saute function has five temperature settings and again the author rarely specifies which temperature setting should be used. This book needs to be re-edited.
